Here’s a pic of me exploring some of Guatemala’s pristine national parks. You can occasionally stumble across something unexpected, and amazing! Of course, I knew there were pyramids in the area, I was exploring Tikal 😛 However, when you’re aimlessly walking through the jungle all alone, and you stumble upon something like this. It’s an incredible feeling. Standing alone with the pyramid, with no one else around and just the sounds of the jungle to accompany me, it felt like I had been transported back to another epoch. A really unique experience.
